DESCRIPTION:R.I.S.E. is a practical, supportive personal-safety and self-defence workshop led by Sheena Kaine, assisted by Alexis Angel and Gemma Dawn.\nDesigned for women and youth, the session focuses on confidence, situational awareness, personal boundaries and accessible self-defence skills. The workshop takes a trauma-informed, culturally respectful approach, with participants encouraged to engage at a level that feels comfortable for them.\nREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
