An exercise and activity program for those 60+ who are interested in being more active. This program includes functional exercise sessions that focus on the muscles and movements used in everyday activities, yoga including both chair and mat options and art sessions for any skill level. There are 3 day a week sessions and 2 day a week sessions and classes are from 1:00 pm-2:00 pm or 2:00 pm-3:00 pm.
