
An Introduction to a Diverse Workforce

Expand your knowledge of inclusive employment policies and processes and gain the tools for diversifying your workforce.
This is a free limited seating event will be held on October 24th, from10:00 am to 2:00pm at The Royal Canadian Legion banquet hall,(located upstairs and is fully accessible) This event consists of the benefits of supporting inclusive and meaningful employment, for individuals with Autism, neurodiversity, and diverse abilities. Our presentation will be held by Meticulon Consulting Inc. and the Autism Society.
Our morning session will inform employers the of ways of creating meaningful employment opportunities for autistic, neurodiverse and diverse-ability individuals. This event is open to any employer in our region looking to gain tools for diversifying their workforce.
After presentations morning presentation, lunch will be provided by the Armoury Grill and time will allow for questions and engagement with staff and other businesses.
The day will be concluded with meeting our Employment Facilitator and our Employment program, they will get to know how we support our clients and event has an open invite to any person with a disability. Potential employers will also meet our clients who demonstrate a wide range of skill sets that could make them the ideal candidates for a variety of jobs.
