Building Effective Partnerships is an introductory online partnering course. It is designed specifically for those involved in multi-sector collaborations looking for ways to make them more effective and impactful. The four-week course includes a balance of live interactive webinars, group work and individual reading and reflection time. It is a safe space to support personal and professional development.
Be a part of a diverse group from business, non-profit, community and government all seeking to leverage the power of partnerships to strengthen their work and community. You will:
Explore how to create a collaboration mindset and culture through ‘guiding principles’ behind effective partnership;
Learn important partnership skills including the art and science of partnering;
Gain knowledge of the ‘Partnering Cycle’, a framework for the development and management of effective partnerships;
Be introduced to partnership tools and techniques for successful partnering.

Registration is limited to 30 participants to ensure a quality experience and an opportunity to draw on the knowledge of your peers.
The course will be held over a four-week period and will require a weekly 75 minute group interactive webinar and an additional 90 minutes of group and individual work.
This course is held every Tuesday for four weeks starting July 7 – 28, 2020 from 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM. Additional group and individual work is done on your own time.
