Financial Accountability for Board Treasurers

The presentation will be designed for treasurers of non-profit organizations with the aim to empower them to make great decisions for their organizations.

We will cover items including but not limited to: financial risk areas, setting financial strategies, compliance, internal financial controls, financial reporting to board and stakeholders, and governance versus operations when it comes to finances. There will also be an opportunity for a Q&A period.
