Our two incredible panelist speakers: Alaina Nadig (Financial Service Broker and Podcaster) and Kaitlyn Blackett CEO of Balanced LS Bodies will share their stories and give key tips on cultivating a life you deserve through health and wellness.

Our Life in Balance event will with focus on taking responsibility for your own happiness using daily habits and holistic modalities and biofeedback.

There will be draw prizes from local businesses and all proceeds from ticket sales will go to our local food bank. We are asking attendees to bring a non parishable food item to donate to the Food Bank.

Tickets will include appies with vegetarian and gluten free options, Swag bag filled with goodies from local businesses.
