This is a free, 45 minute, chair yoga practice done over zoom. Feel free to come each week, or whenever you have availability to practice.

The class is designed to be a gentle yoga practice and students are encouraged to challenge themselves but with compassion and kindness to their bodies.
We divide the class up between seated postures and standing postures, using the chair for balance. No prior yoga experience is required to attend.
