Join us on a Journey through Sound Healing.
Relax and allow the sounds to remove attachments and stress. Learn how to surrender to Inner Peace as we guide you through a short meditation and have you relax as you are bathed in Healing Sounds and Energy Healing by Rosetta & K. This session will leave you relaxed and better able to sleep. Bring your own water bottle and yoga mat or borrow one. Wear comfortable clothes. Preregister through whatsapp or text 587-645-3280
Contraindications -This session is not for you if you are under age 13, have open wounds or recent surgery, in the first trimester of pregnancy, have a pace maker or other metal implants.
