Introduction to Sound Healing *by Donation* Creating Consciousness

Join us as we Introduce Creating Consciousness to Fort McMurray with a Relaxing Sound Bath with Energy Healing featuring the Gong, Tuning Fork and Sound Bowls.

Bring a Yoga mat or borrow one of ours. Wearing comfortable clothing, you will be taught how to get the most out of the Sound Bath, Leaving you Relaxed and Further ahead on your Spiritual Journey.

What to expect-You will lay down upon your yoga mat and be led through a short meditation to relax you and then you will feel the sounds removing negative energy.  This is for those interested in learning about Alternative Healing Methods and the Power of Vibration and Sound.  Beginners are always welcome.

Contraindications-This is not a session for those with recent surgeries, open wounds, under age 12, in the first trimester of pregnancy, you have a pace maker or metal implants or if you have sound induced epilepsy.  The Gong is a very strong vibration that induces healing and increases consciousness. The vibrations are Powerful as it cleanses the Aura and moves all cells throughout your body.
