L2D is a hands-on, interactive learner’s licence preparation program designed to help you pass your class 7 written learner’s test, with a focus on safety.
The program is approximately five hours of instruction and held over one full day or two evening sessions. There is no age limit, anyone trying for their learner’s license is welcome to attend.
Utilizing practice tests, flashcards, videos, and intersection tiles to practice real life situations, L2D follows the Alberta Drivers Guide to Operation, Safety and Licensing for Light Vehicles.
While we do our best to cover most of the content in the Driver’s Guide, attendees are encouraged to read the book in full.
This session will have 15 spaces available and will be hosted over two evenings with half the information presented each night. Registration will be on the Safe Community Wood Buffalo website starting May 29th.
Thank you Wood Buffalo Pride for securing the location for this course. The Redpoll Center conference room is inside Shell Place at MacDonald Island and is mobility accessible.
