Join Artist in Residence Danielle Piper for workshop creating mini fibre landscapes, using a variety of materials and techniques!
This workshop is presented as part of the Suncor Indigenous Artist Program.
This workshop is being offered in Fort McMurray with priority given to evacuees of Fort Chipewyan. We invite those affected to contact Program Coordinator Byron Gard at byron@artscouncilwb.ca to register.
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Join Artist in Residence Danielle Piper for a workshop creating mini fibre landscapes. The landscapes will incorporate materials such as hide, caribou hair, and fish scales, as well as skills such as beading and sewing. Participants will each create their own unique fibre landscape to take home.
