Learn the basics of technical barbell lifting with Instrusior Xavier Thompson. You’ll leave this class equipped with skills to perform barbell lifts such as deadlifts, squats, and presses so you can safely train on your own or in a class-style setting such as HPTC Flex fitness classes.
This class is open to individuals of all skill levels who are ages 13+.
