MMEIP Support Circles — The Nistawoyou Association Friendship Centre is hosting Missing, Murdered and Exploited Indigenous Peoples Support Circles in-person on June 6 and virtually on June 15 to support anyone with barriers to travel or who prefers to be in the comfort of their own home.
The Support Circles will be led by International MMEIP Advocate, Stephanie Harpe, and supported by Jes Croucher of Pawâmiw Creative.
IN-PERSON
Location: ATC Athabasca Tribal Council’s office at 9206 McCormick Dr. (Waterways)
Date: Monday, June 6 from 6-8pm
*We strongly encourage participants to bring a support person with them to provide additional support for the in-person session.
VIRTUAL ON ZOOM
Date: Wednesday, June 15 from 6-8pm
*Participants joining virtually will need to call the NAFC office at 780-743-8555 to register by providing their email to receive the link.
