Study your family tree. Learn more about your ancestors and their descendants. Record your family history and reconnect your family to the roots and traditions that go back through the generations. Deepen your sense of self by learning about your ancestors’ past, where they came from, who they were, what they did, the challenges they overcame, and the accomplishments they achieved.
