Rural Information Series Land Acknowledgement Session

Land Acknowledgements are a stepping stone to healing broken
relationships; they are not about placing blame. At this session, we will aim to answer the following questions:
“What is a land acknowledgement?”
“What does it mean?”
“Why are we hearing them … and why now?”
“How can we develop a land acknowledgement statement?
