Santa Claus Parade 2022

The 2022 Santa Claus Parade is returning to Franklin Avenue as a traditional parade. Starting at the intersection of Riedel Street and Clearwater Drive, the parade will proceed towards Franklin Avenue, travel north to Main Street and will end at the intersection of Main Street and Clearwater Drive.

Those looking for a calmer, sensory friendly parade experience are invited to watch the parade on Main Street. Once floats turn off Franklin Avenue and on to Main Street, the volume will be turned down and sirens and honking will stop. The parade will then continue quietly and end at Clearwater Drive.

The community tree is set up in the new Kiyām Community Park for everyone to enjoy. Mayor and Councillors will light the tree virtually on the evening of the Santa Claus Parade. Watch for the beautiful holiday lights all around the city to light up on the evening of Dec. 3.
