45-minute gentle yoga practice through beginner poses, utilizing chairs and accessories to help increase mobility, improve balance and wellbeing overall.
Due to covid and managing capacities, we are taking email reservations for the class to reserve a spot, however we will accept drop ins but once the class gets busy, we can’t guarantee that all spots haven’t been reserved.
At this point since the program is new and the capacity is 14 so there is lots of room for seniors to just show up.
Classes are able to be booked as of Sundays for the same week and next week. For example this past Sunday the 27th, classes for the week of Oct 5-10 are able to be booked. Attached is a PDF of our classes.
