This low intensity, low impact workout is designed for beginners and those who wish to keep their workout a little lighter and moderately paced. It combines short walking intervals and strength intervals followed by a good stretch. Join us on the 1st, 3rd, and 4th Tuesday of every month from 12–1:00 pm.
