The purpose of this session is to introduce kids to their feelings and sensations while developing safety within their body though breath-work & movement. These sessions are fun, invitational, interactive, and will be provided in a non-judgmental space that is inclusive and accepting. Come as you are—You are welcomed!
These sessions are offered by a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200) and social worker.
Due to space, we ask that parents come in to drop their children off for the session and return again, following the session for pick-up.
