As an artist, we use the physical body as an instrument to facilitate the creative process. This looks different for each individual. The instrument (body) must be fine-tuned in order to receive clear direction.
Join Pattie as she guides you through a basic physical warm-up that you can use and/or adapt for your own practice. We will also explore creative exercises that will get you out of your intellect and into your body. Journaling, self-refection and group discussion will be incorporated throughout the day.
This workshop is for all artists. Please bring comfortable clothing and a journal.
