Event Update: Voices of the North

Due to the current poor air quality, we have been advised not to move forward with the Voices of the North event scheduled for tomorrow, August 30. The safety and well-being of our artists, participants, and community always comes first.
We will be reaching out directly to everyone who signed up for workshops with more details.

Rescheduled Activities:
The good news? Many of the activities will be rescheduled for Saturday, September 6th during the Fort McMurray Fringe Festival at kiyam Park — with heartfelt thanks to our friends at
Theatre; Just Because for making this possible!

Picnic Box Pick-Up:
If you ordered a Picnic Box through
Evermore Kookie Bake Shop, you can still pick it up tomorrow (August 30) from the bake shop at Heritage Village and enjoy it at your leisure.
We also encourage you to check out the wonderful events hosted by the
Fort McMurray Heritage Society on Saturday, September 6th, for a deeper connection to our region’s rich culture and stories.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support. Stay safe, and we’ll see you soon
