Support for Wellness is providing Wellness Workshops for the general public. These workshops will vary in themes and activities but will focus on Health, Wellness to increase and build resiliency.
This session: Guided Journaling. Learn the benefits of journaling and how journaling can help you. Look through some journaling prompts and see where your mind brings you.
After you register, the online meeting link will be e-mailed prior to the start of the session! You must have the Microsoft Teams app downloaded to your phone, tablet, laptop or desktop in order to join the meeting.
You will also be emailed about curbside pick-up for a free kit to go with the online session.
