Support for Wellness in partnership with the Wood Buffalo Youth Hub offers activities ages 11-24. Activities will consist of an “activity, wellness concept, and a social time”. Currently these activities are currently provided virtually. These sessions are offered two times per month, each with a different concept.
This session: Get inspired by learning about how to achieve your health goals, interpreting nutritional guidelines, and understanding ingredient lists. Plus learn about grocery shopping tricks, eating out tips, and nutrition label box reading.
After you register, the online meeting link will be e-mailed prior to the start of the session! You must have the Microsoft Teams app downloaded to your phone, tablet, laptop or desktop in order to join the meeting.
You will be emailed about curbside pick-up for a free kit to go with the online session.
