Support for Wellness in partnership with the Wood Buffalo Youth Hub offers activities ages 11-24. Activities will consist of an “activity, wellness concept, and a social time”. Currently these activities are currently provided virtually. These sessions are offered two times per month, each with a different concept.
This session: What makes you happy is part of what makes you uniquely you. And, being true to who you are is essential when it comes to setting your goals.
After you register, the online meeting link will be e-mailed prior to the start of the session! You must have the Microsoft Teams app downloaded to your phone, tablet, laptop or desktop in order to join the meeting.
You will be emailed about curbside pick-up for a free kit to go with the online session.
