Come inside for fall training. Join the club for a two week free trial. Join one session or all six. Open to all skill and fitness levels.
Monday’s and Wednesdays 7:30 to 8:30: NEW LOCATION!!! Bring your running shoes, towel and water bottle to THE STUDIO spin room at MacDonald Island, located on the main floor, across from the curling rinks. We’ll get you set up with a decent fit and our instructor will guide you through an indoor spin session guaranteed to get your heart thumping. Oh, and bring your padded shorts if you don’t want your butt thumping too  All skill levels are welcome, ages 14+. No need to register, just show up. Message the club for more information.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30 to 8:30: You’ll need your swimsuits, goggles, cap and towel for one hour of coached swim in the 25m pool. Meet at 7:15 by the hot tub. Our coach will mold you to the triathlon swim, regardless of your current swim level. On Thursdays we go out to social dinner after swim at a local restaurant, where we practice the fourth disciple of triathlon – eating!
Sunday swim 9:00am to 10am. Same plan as weekdays, but earlier.
