Calling all novice fitness enthusiasts, regular gym-goers, avid lifters, CrossFit fanatics, and HPTC athletes looking for a fitness challenge! MacDonald Island Park is thrilled to bring back the HPTC Open Fitness Competition!
Teams will be competing in 3 events composed of multiple physical challenges throughout the day. This year there will be a swimming component for one of the events. (If unable to swim there will be an alternate exercise to perform).
Registration Cost:
$179 per team (2 people)
Teams must be composed of 2 males or 2 females athletes. All players must be at least 18 years old.

Not sure how to train for this fitness competition? No Problem! Add on our 10-week Train to Compete package that includes access to the High-performance Training Centre and a progressive training program designed by our Personal Training staff.
