The next FREE notary clinic for newcomers is scheduled for Saturday, November 29th, 2025 from 10am-12pm at the MCA office (room 1312, Syncrude Sports and Wellness Centre).
Please note that in order to utilize this service, you will need:
– Government issued Photo ID
– Original, unsigned documents
– 2 Single-sided copies of ALL necessary documents, printed on Legal size paper (8.5in x 14in)
– Have all signing persons present at the clinic
