Explore the creative art of piñata making at the Mexican Piñata Workshop!
This fun and interactive workshop invites participants to learn about the process and traditions behind Mexican piñata making while creating their own unique piece. Designed for both beginners and those with some crafting experience, the session offers a welcoming opportunity to try a new art form, express your creativity, and connect with fellow art enthusiasts.
The workshop will take place at the MCA office, located inside the Syncrude Sport & Wellness Centre.
No previous piñata-making experience is required-just come ready to learn, create, and have fun! This workshop is free to attend as part of Alberta Culture Days 2026.
