Join us for a gratitude walk where we will blend a walk through the trails with an intentional connection with the natural world and a mental focus on positive reflection.
Please wear appropriate footwear and dress for the weather. This walk involves moderate physical activity over changing terrain.
We will meet at the trailhead for the Birchwood Trails at 1:30 and leave on our walk by 1:40.
