Wellness Tuesday

Wellness Tuesday is a welcoming community gathering where FMFN468 members and our neighbours from Anzac and Gregoire Lake Estates can come together, share a meal, and connect with people and organizations offering programs, information, resources, and support.

The gathering will bring different areas of wellness together in one space, including mental health, addictions, emergency housing, food security, family wellness, and more. Our goal is to support the whole person while creating a space where everyone feels safe, welcomed, and respected.

Light lunch and snacks will be provided

Wellness Tuesday will take place on the first Tuesday of every month with support from the Rural Sharing Network.
