Stepping Into Motherhood (0-10 months)

Stepping into Motherhood is a welcoming and supportive program for mothers and their infants from birth to 10 months old, or until baby begins crawling. Held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., each session provides an opportunity to connect with other mothers, share experiences, learn, and build confidence through the early months of motherhood. A hot lunch is served at every session, with monthly visits from an AHS nurse to provide guidance, answer questions, and offer support as you and your baby navigate this.
