Leadership in Sports

Join us for this monthly program for youth to learn and gain experience in leadership through sports!
Youth get to choose their pathway to leadership by deciding on which sports and activities to pursue. Program design includes possibilities for skill development, coaching development and volunteering opportunities.
To kick off the program on November 7th from 2-4pm, special guest Jaylynn Twin will join us to share her experience as an Indigenous woman in sports and her experience with the Keyano Huskies Basketball team. (This session will be held at the Nistawoyou Association Friendship Centre.)
