Congratulations on the upcoming arrival of your baby! Join La Leche League Canada for a free Breastfeeding Essentials prenatal class, offered monthly at The Hub in Fort McMurray. This welcoming, supportive session will help you feel confident and prepared as you begin your breastfeeding journey.

You’ll learn about preparing to breastfeed, positioning and latching basics, establishing milk production, how to know your baby is getting enough milk, and where to find support along the way.

You’re also warmly invited to continue the conversation at our local in-person group meetings—connect with other families, share experiences, and get your breastfeeding questions answered in a supportive environment.
