Based on local research with Wood Buffalo employers, the MCA’s Cultural Awareness workshops are geared towards increasing cross-cultural awareness, knowledge of local demographics, improving cross-cultural communication, awareness of cultural differences, understanding differences in team styles, and improving knowledge of religions in our community.
