Big changes happen when children come along! Learning how to stay connected as a couple and finding healthy ways to solve problems are important to happy and healthy relationships that last. Take some time out to connect with your partner and practice skills that you can use for a lifetime. Based on the work of Dr. John and Julie Gottman.
This series of classes is ideal for expectant couples and couples with children 0-18 months. Babies not yet crawling are welcome to attend with their parents.
