Examining Barriers with Aynsley Graham (for Facility Based ECE’s)

Early Childhood Educators will learn about recognizing “challenging behaviours” as a message from the child to the adult that they need help through connection. The goal is for Early Childhood Educators to recognize a child’s need(s) and then support them to success in a way that honours the child’s sense of self. The hope is that educators are inspired to work with children of all needs and developmental levels using the reflections and skills discussed in this session, including how to have conversations with families through building supportive relationships and navigating cultural differences.
