Fort McKay Business Connect

Community Business Connect is an in-person event designed to support aspiring and current entrepreneurs through hands-on learning and meaningful conversation. This session will introduce participants to the fundamentals of business planning while highlighting Community Futures Wood Buffalo’s 4 Pillars of Innovation initiative—designed to spark entrepreneurship, foster local talent, and create long-term impact in the region.

The session will also include a land acknowledgment and an open space for discussion on building inclusive, community-driven approaches to business growth.
