In this training, we will explore different types of microaggressions, including micro-assaults, micro-insults and micro-invalidations. By gaining awareness and insight into these behaviours, we hope to foster a more inclusive and empathetic environment. We will also discuss strategies to address and challenge micro-aggressions, creating a safer space for open dialogue and mutual respect.
