Keystone is a leadership program for youth designed to help them overcome the experience and confidence gap that gets in the way of youth fulfilling their potential. Keystone gives youth a chance to gain skills, confidence, and connections as they plan and lead five or more service-learning initiatives and/or activities.
Youth meet regularly to organize a series of leadership activities, discussions, projects, and events that help youth:
Enhance their leadership skills
Improve their self-esteem
Practice different leadership roles
Experience what it’s like to lead a series of projects
Reflect on their learning (through successes and challenges.)
We offer volunteer hours for Students!!!
