Kids Yoga and Craft Workshop (Ages 5-8)

Discovering, Navigating, exploring our way through yoga adventures!
In this 2 hour workshop, we play yoga games to build flexibility, strength and create a strong foundation for mental health.
We will learn mindfulness and relaxation techniques and build strong minds by enabling greater neural activity improving communication between neurons through yoga poses.
The class is divided up: 60 minutes yoga / 60 Minutes crafting
