Management and Supervision Essentials

A 12-week foundational course where participants will learn how to navigate common supervisory challenges, support staff performance and well-being, and create inclusive, respectful, and safe work environments.

By strengthening the capabilities of front-line supervisors, the program will help organizations improve staff retention, enhance team dynamics, and ensure mission-driven success.

This course will be every Thursday from February 19 to May 7 from 12:30-4:30 PM.
