Join us for a festive holiday celebration! Bring your family to meet Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus, and enjoy live entertainment on the Keyano Theatre Main Stage and fun activities throughout. There will be delicious snacks and refreshments to keep the holiday spirit alive. Don’t miss this magical family experience!

The Family Holiday Party will be held on December 7 and 8 with three time slots to choose from. Please choose the day and time you would like to attend. Each family is asked to make a minimum donation to the Wood Buffalo Food Bank, and food donations will also be accepted at the venue.

Please indicate how many tickets your family will require for the time slot selected. To protect availability, we will follow up to verify orders of more than 5 tickets. You will also be asked to determine if anyone in your party has food allergies (please type NO, or any allergies for each person), and select if anyone in your group requires the Sun Hugs Accessibility Program*.

Due to the high demand for this event, a maximum of two adults per family are permitted.  This allows all employees the opportunity to attend the event with their children. Guests will be required to check-in upon arrival and provide their confirmation code at the door to gain admittance.

Each child present will receive a ticket to exchange at a local vendor booth of choice for a gift card. Please do not leave the event without exchanging the Gift Ticket as gift cards will not be available after the event. Gift cards are available for children 12 years and younger. Older children are welcome to attend the event. This event is for Suncor employees who live in the Wood Buffalo region and their dependents only.  Syncrude employees will receive a separate event link, with different dates.

*The Sun Hugs Accessibility Program helps to ensure that guests with disabilities (and their immediate family members) can enjoy an accessible event experience. The pass identifies holders to volunteers, who may be able to provide extra assistance.
