What does it mean to take action against elder abuse?
It starts with awareness, knowing the signs, and understanding what you can do when you’re concerned. The Taking Action Against Elder Abuse training is a free, one-day training that helps community members build the knowledge and confidence to recognize and respond to elder abuse. You’ll learn about different forms of abuse, how abuse can affect older adults, and how communities can play a role in prevention and support.
This free, one-day training is being offered on two different days, giving you the flexibility to choose the session that works best for you.
