Traditional Ice Fishing Camp

The Ceremonial Helpers Program is hosting a 2-Day Traditional Ice Fishing Camp. 
First Nations, Inuit, and Métis men (14+) — including Two-Spirit and non-binary people — are invited to learn alongside Elder Jimmy Allen and Knowledge Keepers, setting nets, harvesting fish, sharing stories, and practicing traditional filleting and preservation skills.

This space is created intentionally for men to gather, support one another, and strengthen cultural roles in a respectful, supportive environment.
